Product Overview
Our brass sheet is grade CZ108 general-purpose brass, supplied in the as-manufactured condition with a removable PVC film applied to one face for surface protection during handling and installation. It is available in four thicknesses: 0.90mm, 1.20mm, 1.50mm, and 3.00mm.
CZ108 is a widely used brass grade, valued for its balance of workability and durability. Its distinctive gold-like appearance makes it a practical choice across both decorative and functional applications, suitable for trade and domestic use alike. The material machines and forms reliably, and offers reasonable corrosion resistance in typical indoor environments.
Each sheet is cut to your exact length and width, eliminating the need for on-site trimming and reducing material waste. Precise dimensions simplify installation planning, whether you are working to tight tolerances or fitting panels into a defined space. Simply enter your required dimensions when ordering.
For larger commercial volumes or specialist requirements beyond the scope of the standard cut-to-size service, Click Metal can refer enquiries to its parent company, Doré Metals, which supplies a broader range of materials at trade scale.
If you are unsure which thickness or grade is appropriate for your project, please get in touch. Our team is available to help you select the right option before you order.
Applications for Brass Sheet
Decorative Metalwork & Interior Design
- Brass is a popular material choice for interior design features, signage panels, and bespoke artistic pieces. Its warm, gold-like finish suits both contemporary and period-style interiors. Precise sheeting cut to dimension reduces fabrication time and ensures a consistent result.
Lamp Fittings & Light Fixture Manufacture
- The workability and reflective surface of CZ108 brass make it well-suited to the manufacture of lamp fittings and decorative light fixture components. It can be formed, drilled, and finished without specialist tooling, making it accessible for both trade fabricators and skilled DIYers.
Fasteners & Mechanical Connectors
- Brass sheet provides a reliable base material for mechanical components that require corrosion resistance. It performs consistently in indoor environments where moisture or chemical exposure may be a consideration.
Heat Exchangers & Thermal Applications
- The thermal conductivity of brass makes it suitable for use in low-pressure heat-exchange systems. CZ108 sheet can be formed and joined to suit a range of light thermal management applications.
Nameplates, Engraved Labels, & Signage
- Brass offers a premium surface finish for engraved tags, nameplates, and labels. The material holds engraved detail cleanly and presents well in both professional and decorative settings. Sheeting ordered to exact dimensions reduces preparation time before engraving or routing.
Crafts, Model Making, & Restoration Work
- CZ108 brass sheet is a preferred material for artists, scale model builders, and restoration specialists. Its workability and authentic appearance make it suitable for intricate work, period restoration projects, and bespoke craft applications.
