Who are Clickmetal?
Clickmetal is a specialist online supplier of stainless steel and aluminium metals. We offer an extensive range of metal products which can be cut to size.
Who can buy from Clickmetal?
We deal directly with both businesses and the public, supplying all corners of the UK. We provide our service to everyone, from small to large scale requirements.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
No. Currently we can only deliver to Mainland UK addresses. We use a national courier service. For more information about delivery, including charges, please click here.
Can my order be cut to size?
Yes. We offer a bespoke cutting service. If you are unable to find the exact size you are looking for in our shop, please get in touch with your exact requirements and we will endeavour to fulfil them at the best price.

How long will my order take?
Typically 2 – 3 days.
Is there a minimum order charge?
No. We do not have a minimum order charge.
Do you supply screws and fixings for the metal?
No – we don’t supply fixings, but you can purchase these from your local DIY store.

Can you come out to my property to measure and install?
Unfortunately, we do not provide this service, but we can cut down all metal to the exact size you need to save you the hassle.
Can I make changes to my order after I have placed it?
Yes, provided we haven’t already sent out your order for delivery. Call us on 01794 526090 and have your order number to hand so we can quickly trace your order.
Do I get a copy of my order?
Yes, and this will be emailed to you as soon as your order is placed. We will also send you a VAT receipt, which will be sent to you once your order is shipped and on its way.
Can you do metal bending, punching or other fabrication?
At this time, we do not provide any fabrication services other than cutting metal down to the requested size.
Are you a scrap company?
No – we procure new metals and cut these down to your requested specifications.
I need a material you don't have on your website – can you source it for me?
Unfortunately, we don't source materials or sell anything other than what is listed on our website.
Can I return an item?
We do not offer refunds as our products are custom made to suit your order. In the event that your product is received and is damaged, the customer may return it and the responsibility for postage costs sits with the customer. If the product is deemed faulty, Clickmetal will be happy to resupply the exact same product at no further cost.
In the event that a product arrives and is wrong, providing the product is the exact specification you purchased, we cannot offer a refund.
